Fast Company

Have you forgiven JetBlue?

Listen, it's easy to have low fares when you have a brand new workforce (because raises have to do with longevity) and airplanes you don't have to pay for (as in Airbus craft that they couldn't get rid of anyway so they basically said 'here, pay us when you can'). And for the most part, the pilots are willing to work for peanuts because what theyare doing is building up time to take someplace else when JetBlue folds. So whether or not you have forgiven them is immaterial. This is a farm team, preporatory to a job in the majors for partically everyone, except of course, the CEO.
