So this guy shows up at airport security, gets through, no problem, then goes to the gate where he is "selected" for another secondary screening, upon which he tells the TSA that he no longer wants to travel and starts to leave the airport and the TSA restrains him and searches him and finds a crack pipe, did they have a reasonable suspicion?
