Osama among bin Ladens that were allowed to flee US after 9/11

We all remember that George Bush allowed members of the bin Laden family to call in their own charter jets to escape the country after 9/11. The theory was: if we don't allow that, they may be lynched and we have no evidence that they are connected to the attacks in any way. But what if, as Judicial Watch contends, Osama was among those allowed to leave? Was the most wanted man in history watching TV, in Florida, along with the rest of us?
