Dram Shop Liability

In USAToday,

USAirways was cited for the second time since November 11, 2006, for serving an intoxicated passenger liquor. On Friday (this past week) an intoxicated man was arrested on drunk-driving charges in ABQ after deplaning a USAirways flight. This past November, flight attendants served Dana Papst liquor, although he was already intoxicated, and Papst subsequently got off the flight in ABQ and drove the wrong way on a feeder to a freeway,colliding with and killing a family of 5.

Incident could lead to denial of USAirways ability to serve drinks in and out of New Mexico.
